Javier Molina

Currently the CRO of Docker with over 15 years of experience in Sales, Javier has built and scaled dozens of highly productive teams. Joining SolarWinds in 2010, he helped expand the organization overseeing the Western US, Global Channel, and Latin America, ultimately through its take-private at a $4.5 billion valuation.

At MongoDB (pre-IPO), he grew within the organization ultimately holding the position of SVP Global Sales. Notable achievements include helping to build and grow the Atlas (SaaS) go-to-market playbook on a global scale as well as the the Product-Led Sales org as the business scaled to near $1B in revenue. Most recently, prior to Docker, he served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Starburst helping to launch, build and scale the company’s foundation as a SaaS organization.
