Introducing DataHub Cloud v0.3.14
Introducing DataHub Cloud v0.3.14
We’re excited to announce the release of DataHub Cloud v0.3.14, focused on accelerating organization-wide adoption, enabling quality monitoring at scale, and empowering teams to customize how critical information is displayed.
Let’s get into it!
Ask DataHub in Teams
What’s new
Ask DataHub in Teams brings DataHub’s metadata-rich context directly to where data practitioners already collaborate. Users can ask DataHub directly in Microsoft Teams to find and understand data, and receive real-time alerts about data quality issues.
Why it matters
Context-switching between platforms creates friction in data workflows. Ask DataHub in Teams creates parity with our existing Slack capabilities while expanding DataHub’s presence in everyday workflows.
Here’s what it enables
- Seamless data discovery directly within Microsoft Teams without disrupting existing collaboration workflows
- Real-time data quality alerts delivered where your team already works
- Collaborative data problem-solving by asking DataHub directly in Microsoft Teams using both individual and team conversations

User Invite Recommendations
What’s new
Bring your most active data users into DataHub seamlessly. Our new User Invite Recommendations feature automatically identifies top users across your data platforms (including Snowflake, BigQuery, Looker, PowerBI, and more) and lets you send email invitations directly from DataHub with a single click.
Why it matters
Fast-track collaboration and unlock more value from DataHub by targeting the right users. Instead of relying on guesswork, DataHub analyzes real usage patterns across your connected platforms to give admins a clear view of who’s most engaged. The result: a strategic, data-driven onboarding process that prioritizes your most active data producers and consumers.
Here’s what it enables
- One-click invitations sent directly from the DataHub interface
- Enhanced team collaboration by connecting your most active data users in one central platform
- Improved data democratization by ensuring those who regularly work with data have access to critical context and metadata

Bulk Setup Anomaly Detection
What’s new
Set up Anomaly Detection in bulk for all of your key data warehouse tables in just a few clicks to start getting notified about freshness, volume, and schema anomalies. With this bulk configuration capability, you can deploy AI-powered monitoring across multiple datasets at once, making it fast and effortless to ensure data reliability at scale.
Why it matters
Setting up data quality monitors one at a time is time-consuming and error-prone. With the new bulk creation tools, you can achieve data quality coverage in a fraction of the time with improved accuracy.
Here’s what it enables
- Comprehensive quality coverage is achieved in minutes instead of hours through bulk configuration
- Be the first to know when something goes wrong through continuous monitoring of freshness, volume, and schema anomalies

Customizable Summary Tabs
What’s new
Brand new with this release, Customizable Summary Tabs give asset owners direct control over what appears on summary tabs for Domains, Glossary Terms, and Data Products. Asset owners can now pin specific properties, documentation, and related assets to create tailored summary views for these key organizational assets.
Why it matters
This feature enables owners to highlight the most relevant metadata for each Domain, Glossary Term, or Data Product, helping their fellow DataHub users quickly grasp the value of each asset within the broader data ecosystem.
Here’s what it enables
Customizable Summary Tabs for Domains, Glossary Terms, and Data Products empower your data experts to:
- Curate business context by selecting which properties, related assets, and documentation appear front and center for your users
- Simplify navigation of complex relationships by highlighting the most relevant connections within your Domain structures and Glossary hierarchies
