Announcing: DataHub Data Practitioners Guild

If you caught my latest post, you know the DataHub Community had an outstanding year in 2022. Our Slack Community tripled to nearly 5.7k members, and we merged more than 2,300 pull requests from 211 contributors into our open-source project.

But here’s the thing — that type of growth and high-velocity codebase evolution doesn’t just ✨magically✨ happen. It has required tremendous effort and dedication from members of the DataHub Community to build impactful features & integrations, provide troubleshooting support & technical guidance to one another, and amplify the project across networks and communities.

I am so excited to announce the DataHub Data Practitioners Guild — a space to celebrate members of our amazing Community that have gone above and beyond to contribute to the collective success of DataHub.

In this initial round, we spotlighted members who were highly impactful to the success and rapid growth of the DataHub Community and open-source project in 2022 through code contributions, providing troubleshooting support and technical guidance, and spreading awareness of DataHub across networks and platforms.
